Join us for a transformative evening of deep connection, movement, and healing as we embark on the journey of Finding the Inner Child together.

This sacred container will be co-led by Monica and Hugo—two passionate facilitators bringing heart-centered medicine to the community through ritual, rhythm, and resonance.

🟤Inner Child Activity- Monica and Hugo will be guiding you through an inner child activity that will involve engaging with the entire group. This activity will be a voluntary exercise focused on inner child healing and early- Child Developmental Psychology. Guests will be able to share their reflections in a group together after the exercise concludes to connect with other guests.

💃 Ecstatic Dance DJ Set - Once our hearts are open, we let the rhythm guide us. Hugo will take you on an ecstatic dance journey through a custom DJ set designed to ignite the body, uplift the spirit, and dissolve the ego. No choreography, no judgment—just raw, expressive movement in a safe and liberating space. You are free to move however your soul feels called.

🔔 Reiki- Sound Bath Journey- We’ll close the evening by integrating the experience with a deeply restorative Reiki- charged sound bath. Using a rich blend of handpan, harp, crystal bowls, synthesizers, and shamanic drums, Hugo will guide you into a meditative dreamstate. Allow your nervous system to recalibrate and your inner world to harmonize through sound medicine. Monica will be doing Reiki energy healing at the same time Hugo will be playing his instruments.

🌌 What to Bring

  • A yoga mat or blanket for the sound bath
  • Water bottle & comfortable clothes to move and relax in
