A community conversation about personal loss and how to live life going forward. This talk is open to people impacted by grief and looking for ways to feel more support, assurance, or learn techniques to manage pain and overwhelming feelings often caused by grief.
Everyone grieves differently but yet grief has a way of making people feel lonely and isolated. Many people feel at a total loss and are unsure of how to move forward. This talk will help you find strength in your grief, ensuring you are not alone, not crazy, and assured that what you are experiencing is normal and appropriate for your situation. Facilitated by Reid Peterson. Reid received his M.A. in Transpersonal Psychology and has studied under Dr. Alan Wolfelt from the Center for Loss & Life Transition in Colorado. Reid uses a companioning model for providing grief support services.
