DEI is a two-way street. We all have unique perspectives, experiences and journeys, but how do you meet each other where you are? How do you share the risk versus avoiding the responsibility? We embrace the other side of the conversation, shift attitudes and move away from the deficit mindset.

As BIPOC non-profit professional consultants we have designed this workshop to be relatable based upon our lived experiences working with and for large and small community entities. What&#x27;s more, our workshop design relies heavily on communal conversation and the value of a shared learning experience.
