Finding Light in the Dark-2 Day Workshop

Aperçu
In this workshop we'll do teachings, guided meditations, and journal practices to understand and work with our shadows in order to see their gifts, extend them compassion, and integrate them into our being. Shadow aspects are usually the parts that we reject, repress, or hide because we don't believe they are good or acceptable. We'll end the afternoon by capturing a meaningful portrait of one of your shadow aspects so you can have a visual reminder to help you learn how to embrace this part of yourself.
Embracing your shadows will support you in showing up brighter, lighter, and more authentically you. When we dim aspects of ourselves, we dim our chances for experiencing true joy and self love. When we feel more whole we experience more joy, self love, mindfulness, better relationships, and better health.
Testimonials from last few workshops:
Finding Light in the Dark was simply beautiful. Not exactly sure what to expect, I am glad I decided to sign up. The physical space was welcoming and safe, and being led through powerful meditations and discussions helped me to see and ultimately accept myself just as I am. Without a doubt, I would recommend this workshop to any woman looking to journey a little deeper into herself. Thank you Angie and Judy for your wonderful gifts. ~ Carol
What an incredible experience. It was really something special that has made a profound impact on me, particularly in parenting, but also just in considering my emotions and what they are trying to teach me. All of them. I find myself even more emboldened to listen to my emotions and take care. ~ Julie
