You are invited to take some "Unapologetic Me Time" with Rochelle Asberry, Author/Health Coach and Kathy Barnett, Creative Life Coach. Join us for a time of self-reflection to reconnect to those things that bring you joy. This experience will include an opportunity to: <ul><li>Journal your thoughts, ideas and goals</li><li>Create your expression through painting</li><li>Design a commemorative piece of jewelry</li><li>Have Fun, Fellowship and Relax</li></ul>

Rochelle will use her book, "Joy is in the Now Place" as the foundation of our discussion. Kathy will give guidance on creating your painting and jewelry (expertise is not required). Book (hard copy or Kindle version) is required for this experience. Don't have a copy? You may purchase at registration by clicking "Add On." Materials and a light lunch included.
