Find solace in a serene natural setting. Through guided reflection, personal storytelling, and interactive group activities, you’ll learn to quiet the noise and listen to the voice within. This immersive experience helps you connect with your intuition and lays the groundwork for personal insight. This workshop is led by Wendi Giuliano and Angel Brunelle.

Embrace Stillness & Inner Voice is the first in a three workshop series, however, you do not need to attend all three workshops.

What to expect:

Our day will be filled with making connections with other participants, as well as personal reflection and journaling. We will spend time outside exploring a beautiful natural setting. Some walking and light movement can be expected, but is not required. You will leave this workshop with new tools for reflection as well as clarity to resolve that which is holding you back.

*Registration fee includes coffee and snacks, as well as a full lunch during the workshop

Frequently asked questions

Who is this workshop for?

This workshop is designed for women—especially those in midlife—who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or ready to slow down and reconnect with themselves.

Do I need any prior experience with meditation, journaling, or outdoor activities?

Not at all! This workshop is for anyone, regardless of experience. We’ll guide you through each activity in a supportive, welcoming environment.

What if I’m not very outdoorsy?

That’s okay! While we will be spending time in nature, the focus is on personal reflection and connection. Walking and light movement are optional.

What should I bring?

We recommend comfortable clothing, a journal, a water bottle, and an open mind! A detailed packing list will be provided after registration.

What if I don’t know anyone else attending?

Perfect! Many participants come alone, and we create an environment that makes it easy to connect with others. You’ll leave with new friendships!

How physically demanding is the workshop?

The workshop is gentle and designed for all ability levels. Any movement or walking is optional, and accommodations can be made as needed.

What happens if the weather is bad?

We’ll embrace nature in all its forms! Light rain won’t stop us, but in the case of severe weather, we’ll have an alternate plan.

Can I attend just one workshop, or do I have to do all three?

Each workshop stands alone, so you can attend one, two, or all three! You’ll get value from any session you choose.

Is space limited?

Yes! We keep the group small to ensure an intimate, meaningful experience. We recommend registering early to secure your spot.
