Come join us for a wild and energizing event at The Source Hotel in Denver, CO! Get ready to unleash your inner dancer, yogi, and Pilates enthusiast all in one place. We've got an exciting lineup of classes that will make you sweat, smile, and FIND YOUR WILD!
New to dance, Pilates, and yoga? That’s OKAY, NO experience is necessary!
EVENT AGENDA: This event will begin with a group meditation led by a meditation instructor. Then we will get our blood flowing with an upbeat dance class, broken down step-by-step by the talented MacLaine Reeder (Denver). Following yoga, get ready to activate your core with Pilates with the lovely Jen Donahue (Castle Rock). We will end with a relaxing yoga experience led by the instructors of Wild Souls Yoga. Your experience includes a wellness gift bag filled with new products to enhance your self-care routine.
PLEASE BRING: Water, a yoga mat, tennis shoes to dance in, anything that makes you comfortable.
VENDOR VILLAGE: Following all three classes, stay and shop at our Wellness Vendor Village inside The Source Hotel. Vendor booths will be on-site with local wellness products and services. If interested in hosting a booth, please reach out to info@wildsouls.yoga.
