Overview

Hatha yoga designed for you to slow down, reconnect, and restore. Cultivating grounding, connection & creativity on and off the mat.

These yoga classes are rooted in the tradition of Hatha yoga and are designed to support the balancing of your inner masculine and feminine energy channels (nadis), through intentional breathwork, mindful movement, and moments of stillness.

At the heart of each session is a space for grounding, connection, and creativity. You’ll be invited to slow down, arrive fully in your body, and explore embodied movement practices that help you unwind and regulate your nervous system, ideal for the end of a busy day.

We’ll explore somatic practices and gentle flows that encourage deep embodiment, helping you enter a flow state where the mind quiets and presence deepens.

We’ll also explore yoga philosophy to deepen your understanding and support taking your practice beyond the mat, into everyday life.

These classes are suitable for all levels and offer a space to move with presence, breathe deeply, and reconnect with yourself through traditional yoga and embodiment practices.

Please bring your own yoga mat to these sessions.


About the Teacher

Sofia is passionate about creating inclusive spaces where people can step away from the noise of the outside world and reconnect with their body, breath, and mind. Yoga has been a deeply transformative practice in her life, and she’s excited to share its grounding and joyful benefits with others.

She completed her Hatha yoga teacher training in Nepal this spring. With over 8 years of personal practice, she has also supported youth yoga sessions and facilitated workplace sessions.

With a degree in physiotherapy, Sofia integrates her knowledge of anatomy and movement into her teaching, offering modifications and props to make each class safe, accessible, and empowering.
