Ready to take your country swing or partner dancing to the next level? This workshop will help you create fluid, creative, and confident dances by unlocking the power of stretch, connection points, and continuous momentum.

We’ll teach you how to:

  • Identify and use connection points to create unique combos and transitions
  • Build and manage stretch to generate energy and intention in your movements
  • Understand momentum and how it links one move into the next with seamless flow

Whether leading or following, you’ll gain the skills to move purposefully, react intuitively, and boost your confidence during steals and in-the-moment creativity.

This workshop will shift your perspective on the lead-follow relationship, making your dances look smoother and feel better and opening the door for more collaborative, musical conversations on the floor.
