What is Find Your Flow Dance?

Find Your Flow (FYF) Dance is an expressive, dynamic space where movement becomes a gateway to creativity, embodiment, and connection. It's an invitation to play, explore your body's capabilities, and unlock your body's unique movement patterns. This guided space will help you to reach flow state so that movement becomes instinct. Each course we explore a different theme.


Theme: Moving with the Moon.

This four-week course is guided by the moon cycle. Each session we will explore embodiment techniques, creative movement techniques, breathwork and freestyle dance. The course encourages you to embody the energy of each lunar phase through intuitive movement and creative exploration.

About the facilitator:

Sofia is the founder of Find Your Flow Dance and Yoga. With a deep curiosity about how the body moves, she creates welcoming environments where individuals can explore and express their unique movement patterns with confidence.

A qualified yoga teacher, Sofia completed her 200hr training in Nepal in the spring and has been dedicated to her personal practice for over 8 years. She believes mindfulness is key to finding flow and always teaches with this intention at heart.

She also teaches burlesque at Everglowing Bristol channeling her love for empowering individuals to joyfully own and fully appreciate their own bodies.

With a degree in physiotherapy, Sofia brings an informed and accessible approach to movement—blending anatomy, biomechanics, and modifications into her classes. She is a passionate advocate for living a healthy, balanced lifestyle in a way that feels joyful and sustainable.

Sofia thrives in community and values collaboration with other creatives to foster a supportive and inspiring network through Find Your Flow.

Who is this class for?

What should I bring?

Plenty of water. A yoga mat for warm ups and relaxation. A blanket for relaxation (optional)

How accessible is the venue

There is a flight of roughly ten stairs to get to the studio.

What should I wear?

Comfortable clothing / clothes which make you feel good in but also are able to move freely in.
