This training will give you a broader understanding of individuals with disabilities and you will be introduced to the FIND Model of Forensic Interviewing. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to practice the new skills learned from the training.
The training is founded on forensic interviewing best practices with considerations and adaptations to account for individual disability, mental health disorders, language capacity, and cultural background.
This two-day curriculum will introduce you to the basics of the FIND Model of Forensic Interviewing and practical applications for engaging and communicating with vulnerable populations.
