Final Friday Experience - September 24

• We have limited space available for organizations interested in setting up a booth and offering a free activity.
• Spaces will scattered throughout the event spaces.
• These spaces are for organizations only!
• No food vendors will be allowed in these space. If you would like to sell a snack type food (no entrée type food allowed this year as we try to drive traffic to our downtown restaurants) during these events (popcorn, bake sale, etc. please contact Jen Tooman (info below).

GENERAL RULES

• Road closures within the social district will take place between 3pm and 9pm.
• You may set up any time after the road closes.
• Activities must run from 5-8pm
• You must have your booth torn down by 9pm.
• Failure to attend your scheduled FNL date without prior notice or approval will result in the forfeiture of any remaining dates and future FNL events.
• The FNL committee reserves the right to reject any application for booth space for any reason.
• This system registration reserves a spot for you at Friday Night Live. Consider your registration approved unless we contact you to tell you otherwise.
• Map is subject to change.
• Your requested spot is not guaranteed, as the event layout may change. We will do our best to put you in or near the spot you request.
• Final maps will be emailed to you the week prior to each event date.

BOOTH FEES

• Booths must provide a family-friendly activity.
• Activities must be described at time of registration. Please include your COVID safety measures.
• There is no suggested donation this year because we do not know what to expect for attendance. Donations to help fund our events and efforts are always welcome.
