Is there a difference between an in-person and an online Kundalini Activation transmission?

Accepted Answer

Energy isn’t limited by time, space or distance, making online sessions just as effective as in-person ones. Beginners may need a few extra classes to increase their sensitivity to the energy.

Can Kundalini Activation physically heal my bode?

Kundalini Activation is not a replacement for medical or psychological care, diagnosis, or treatment. Its focus is on spiritual growth and expanding consciousness. While some participants have reported physical healing , this is not guaranteed and isn’t the main purpose of Kundalini Activation.

Can I attend a class if I’m pregnant?

If you're in your third trimester, we recommend waiting until after birth to attend. If you're earlier in your pregnancy and feel well, you can join as long as you can participate in gentle activities like yoga. Always inform your facilitator and know your limits as advised by your doctor.

I'm experiencing depression or anxiety. Is it okay for me to attend a class?

Accepted Answer

Yes, many students find Kundalini Activation helpful for anxiety and depression. Just keep in mind that if you're on antidepressants, you might feel less sensitive to the energy.
