The second part of the documentary film THE PHENOMENON BRUNO GROENING sheds light on counterforces, resistance, and obstacles that blocked Groening‘s path. However, it also shows how, despite all obstacles, he was able to become a force to be reckoned with that is still relevant today, long after his passing.
Bruno Groening’s Rise to Fame in the 1950s
Hardly anyone caused a bigger stir than Bruno Groening. Thousands of people came to see him in various German cities. Press, radio, and film continuously reported the occurrences around Bruno Groening in a sensational style, as his approach appeared to conflict with traditional medical practices at the time. Although he was acquitted of having broken the Healing Practitioners Law, he was not allowed to continue his activities.To continue his mission of bringing good to the world and speaking to people in public, he founded the Groening Association. Communities were formed in many places, where he could hold lectures on a smaller scale. Even though the media continued to harass him until the very end, he never stopped helping where he was needed.

This film is more than an ordinary documentary. It is a historical masterpiece that documents the phenomenon that was Bruno Groening. This film has been shown in cinemas and public spaces for over 20 years in more than 130 countries, thousands of times.
This meticulously researched portrait of a man who single-handedly demonstrated to the world how one person could make a difference by following their inner guidance, undeterred by a wave of criticism and attacks from those who only followed their own agendas. The film features the accounts of 50 eyewitnesses, countless original photos and documents as well as some original film footage and re-enacted scenes.
