We’ll explore what self-awareness means and how it has helped us get to where we are today. We’ll take a holistic look at how knowing yourself can help you grow.
Through soulful storytelling, we will identify places in our lives where we hesitate due to fear in all aspects of life,  including:
-navigating relationship dynamics
- approaching difficult conversations
- career improvements
Stories of stepping out of fear & into truth - with the hope that YOU will be inspired to dig deeper into YOURS. This is not your average “after work event” - Fiercely YOU will leave you awakened, connected, and empowered. Step forward into YOUR potential NOW.
Bring a journal, pen, open heart, and leave your expectations and limiting beliefs at the door.

Katie Grimes’ is a health & wellness professional with over 15 years of coaching experience. This former hip-hop and pilates instructor transitioned from fitness into all aspects of wellbeing through her journey with a series of food allergies/intolerances.
