Fiends, Feasts, & Fables - D&D Supper Club

Calling all intrepid adventurers! Join us on a quest to a hidden shire nestled within the heart of Santa Ynez. Prepare to embark on a Dungeons & Dragons adventure that transcends imagination, guided by the Whiskered Warlock, Dungeon Master Tim Morgan.

Gather 'round a colossal, weathered table beneath the sprawling canopy of an ancient oak tree, its gnarled branches whispering tales of ages long past. Here, savor the finest Elvish wines and Halfling Ales, all locally sourced and generously poured.

Your epic journey culminates at the legendary Murder of Crows Tavern, a realm where the boundaries between reality and fantasy meld into one. Here, you shall partake in a Dungeons & Dragons-themed culinary experience like no other.

The day's schedule unfolds as follows:

3 pm – 4 pm: Character creation – indulge in wine, ale, and mead.

4 pm – 7 pm: The adventure unfolds, fueled by iron rations to sustain stalwart adventurers.

7 pm: The adventurer's feast is served, a family-style celebration of a successful quest where tales, both great and bold, shall be shared.

This extraordinary adventure unfolds in the great outdoors. While the weather may turn chilly, rest assured, we will have ample Dwarvish fire pits to keep you warm. In case of rain or strong winds, adventurers will find refuge within the dining hall, where a fireplace shall provide warmth and comfort.

This quest is exclusively available to those aged 21 and above. No outside alcohol permitted.

Frequently asked questions

Is this event suitable for beginners to Dungeons & Dragons, or is it for experienced players only?

This event welcomes adventurers of all levels, whether you're a novice just setting foot on your first quest or a seasoned veteran of many campaigns.

Are there age restrictions or recommendations for participants?

This quest is exclusively available to those aged 21 and above.

Is there a dress code or any thematic attire encouraged?

There is no formal dress code, but it's advisable to dress appropriately for the outdoor setting, considering potential weather fluctuations. While we'll have cozy Dwarvish fire pits at the table, do prepare for the possibility of cooler temperatures, even in the Spring and Summer.

What happens if it rains?

The adventure will proceed as planned; in the event of truly inclement weather, we shall move to the inviting confines of the Murder of Crows Tavern's dining hall to continue the quest.

Can I bring my own Dungeons & Dragons character, or will characters be provided?

Character creation will occur at the onset of the adventure. If you have a character from a prior Fiends, Feasts, and Fables gathering, kindly inform us in advance. Characters conceived independently outside of our themed quests are not permitted.

Is there a refund or cancellation policy in case I can't make it on the scheduled day?

We gladly offer refunds, deducting only Eventbrite fees, for cancellations made up to one week prior to the event. If your cancellation occurs within the final week leading to the event, your ticket can be transferred to a fellow adventurer, but regrettably, refunds will not be available.

Are dietary restrictions or preferences accommodated at the adventurer's feast?

We can typically accommodate dietary preferences, provided we receive advance notice of at least one week prior to the event. For requests made with less than one week's notice, we will certainly make our utmost effort to accommodate preferences.

Can I bring my own alcoholic beverages?

I'm afraid outside alcohol is not permitted, as our licensing regulations do not allow for it. There will be plenty of wine, ale, mead and other options.

Is there a minimum or maximum number of participants for the event to take place?

We have set a minimum requirement of 4 players and a maximum of 6 players for an optimal gaming experience.

I have a friend who wants to watch but not play, is that allowed?

While we encourage everyone to participate in the adventure, we do reserve a limited number of slots for friends who wish to partake in the merriment without embarking on the adventure itself. Feel free to reach out to us directly.

Where does the event take place?

The event takes place at a private ranch in Santa Ynez. The precise location will be shared with all ticketed participants before the event.

What happens if I arrive late?

While we prefer you arrive before the adventure begins, should your arrival be delayed, the Dungeon Master will be ready with a selection of pre-created characters, awaiting your arrival, and you will be incorporated into the adventure.

What if I don't want to create a character?

While we think creating your own character is part of the fun, fear not, the Dungeon Master has a selection of pre-created characters you can choose from.
