Learn about the operations and marketing of this year-round marketplace featuring about 30 New England artisans and food producers housed under one roof offering fresh foods, prepared meals, crafts, and specialty items.
These professor-led tours are part of the 40th-anniversary celebration series of enriching and entertaining events and programs. Tours provide an informal opportunity for students, faculty, and staff to connect outside of the classroom while getting to know Boston and its culturally rich and diverse landmarks, neighborhoods, businesses, and people through a hospitality lens.
