Please join Nat Keohane, President and CEO of C2ES, and Carly Jacobs, Head of Responsible Investment Engagement and Innovation at the UN-supported Principles for Responsible Investment (PRI) for an in-person and live-streamed discussion on fiduciary duty and climate.

The conversation will explore how investors navigate engagement on climate and incentivize corporate action within an ever-changing political and regulatory environment, while fulfilling their fiduciary responsibilities through stewardship practices that address systemic risks. 

About the Speakers

Nathaniel Keohane is President of the Center for Climate and Energy Solutions (C2ES), which is widely recognized in the United States and internationally as a leading, independent voice for practical policy and action to address the world’s energy and climate challenges.

Carly Jacobs is the Head of Responsible Investment Engagement and Innovation at the UN supported Principles for Responsible Investment (PRI), where she oversees working with leading, global investment manager and asset owner signatories on developing innovative ideas in pursuit of a sustainable financial system. She joined PRI in 2021 as a relationship manager for US signatories and previously held roles in the PRI Stewardship, Active Ownership 2.0 team. PRI is the world’s leading proponent of responsible investment, with over 5,000 investor signatories with a collective $121 trillion in assets under management.
