Fiat! Movement is an experience that combines prayer and movement in a Catholic format.  Led by Renee Kurz through guided movements with the Rosary (SoulCore), flowing into guided movement improvisation and prayer influenced by the spirituality of Living in the Divine Will (Servant of God Luisa Piccarreta). 
The session accomodates all abilities with no movement/dance experience necessary.  The session will close with an invitation to share personal reflections gleaned from the experience while enjoying light bites and warm tea. 
This Fiat! Movement Session is open to all women, 18+.  Due to the nature of the event, space is limited.  
FAQs:
What do I wear?
Wear loose fitting clothing that you can move and feel comfortable (+ beautiful :) in.  You are invited to move in barefeet, socks, or soft soled shoes.  
What do I need to bring?
A personal bottle of water is reccomended (there will be light refreshments at the close of the session).  You are also welcome to bring an exercise mat for the SoulCore portion, though it is not necessary.  You will be invited to offer a freewill cash donation afterwards.  
How much movement will I be doing?
The movement portion will last approximately 60-75 minutes.  The movements are low intensity and at your own pace/ability.  The emphasis is on movement of the heart in prayer!
What about getting there and parking?
The Stotesbury Mansion is located just off of Rittenhouse Square, which is walking distance from Suburban Station for the SEPTA Regional Rail, as well as accessible by buses and trolleys.  If you will be driving, you will want to allow extra time to find metered street parking or park in a nearby lot/garage.
