Are you training for a fall marathon? Are you struggling once you get to 14, 16 or 18 miles with fatigue, heavy legs, GI distress or cramping?
It is not how it is supposed to be - hard!  And you are not getting old! You just need some feuling and hydrating know-how from someone who has raced endurance events, too!
Stop suffering thru your long runs - learn how to fuel your body for the long run and be ready to rock your marathon or ultra!
Join Joanna Chodorowska, holistic sports nutriton coach as she discusses ways to fuel the body for long runs. Options will include what to use, when to use what food/fuel, what to drink and how much and when. You will receive a hand out to take home and the lecture will be recorded.
Please join the running group at 6 PM for a 3-5 mile run.  Then stay for the talk at 7 PM. Both are free. Registration is requested so Joanna knows how many handouts to bring! Email with questions!  joanna@n-im.net
