Now is the perfect time to learn how to ferment autumn's vegetables! Join Trevor Ring, founder of<a href="https://communitycultures.com/" title="https://communitycultures.com/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer"> Community Cultures</a>, in this introductory fermentation workshop to learn about the power of using microbes to harness creativity and flavor. The focus of this workshop will be on sauerkraut and brined vegetables--participants will walk away with 2 jars to ferment at home.

Parking: There is limited on street parking. Can park at park'n'ride lot at Hamnett Station.If traveling by Bus: Garden Dreams is one block from Busway.
