Fermentation Class
Overview

Come learn all about how to ferment food, why it's good for you, and create your own ferments in this hands-on class to take home!

Learn the basics of fermentation, how to make ferments, the equipment needed, and most importantly, food safety. Participants will take part in hands-on cooking, preparing their own creation to take home.

Choose from two time slots: 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM or 6:00- 8:00 PM (2-hour classes)

Not a fan of fermentations? We also have classes on the pickling process, jams & jellies, and canning 101.

If the class is full, please register for our waitlist. Each entry on the waitlist equals one ticket.
