Join author and educator Dr. Julia Skinner and foraging expert and community educator Chloë Dempsey for a fun, interactive evening where we will collectively make our own sauerkraut to bring home, and learn about what wild edible plants are in season (and how to identify them).<ul><li>Your workshop fee includes a jar of sauerkraut to take home!</li><li>The session includes demonstrations, hands-on fermenting, take-home recipes, plus plenty of time for Q&amp;A.</li><li>This beginner-friendly workshop is suitable to all levels: You’re sure to learn something new or deepen your skills!</li></ul> About your teachers:Dr. Julia Skinner is a cookbook author, culinary educator, holistic creativity coach, and owner of the Culinary Curiosity School, an online culinary school for curious cooks. Her next book, Essential Food Preserving, comes out in June, and covers all methods of food preservation. Chloë Dempsey, Ferment Forage Grow, is a permaculturist, local food producer and community educator who has collaborated with organisations such as Common Knowledge, CECAS and Regenerate as well as schools and community gardens.
