We invite you to Fentanyl Forum 2024! We aim to provide an event with panels, workshops, and resources to educate and empower our community.
This one-day forum will feature speaker panels and workshops tailored towards caregivers, providers, and the community. Visit resource tables and join us for informative sessions aimed at educating and empowering attendees in the fight against street fentanyl, as we work together towards a safer future. Please see the General Session and Workshop Schedules in the agenda above.
Complimentary lunch provided with completion of event survey.
All workshops and outreach efforts are FREE to the community. Workshop seating is based on availability and is offered on a first come, first served basis. Please note that we will be offering workshops throughout the day, some with multiple sessions.
On-site parking for the event will be complimentary.
