<p>We’re excited to welcome Gareth Harcombe, a high-achieving University of Canterbury graduate with First Class Honours in Computer Science. Gareth gained early exposure to quantitative finance through experience at Optiver before moving into his current role at EY. At EY, he works in R&amp;D and government incentives, helping businesses access funding and navigate innovation-related financial frameworks. His experience spans trading, consulting, and data-driven finance, offering valuable insight into alternative pathways into the finance industry.</p>
