FEMM Health is taught in a series of 3 group sessions.
Session 1: FEMM AND YOUR HEALTH: Learn how hormones influence your health and how to chart your hormonal activity.
Session 2: FEMM EXPERT: Learn to identify healthy patterns or health problems.
Session 3: FEMM FAMILY PLANNING: Learn to manage your fertility.
Monthly class sessions are 1.5 hours long with time for Q&A and practice exercises. Participants will begin charting after the first class and continue through all three classes. Appointments for individual chart reviews can be made before or after class sessions. Materials are free and will be emailed after registration is confirmed.
Summer session: Mondays- June 17, July 22, and August 19, 2024 from 6:30-8 pm at the Grand Rapids campus of the Franciscan Life Process Center.
Fall Session: Mondays- Sept. 16, Oct. 21, and Nov. 18, 2024 from 6:30-8 pm at the Grand Rapids campus of the Franciscan Life Process Center.
These classes fulfill pre-marriage requirements; Fiance/ husband encouraged to attend.
$225 for all 3 sessions, including all materials and 3 individual chart review appointments.
