Downland helps the next generation of climate-smart farmers get started by matching them with land, training and capital. Jessi (2x startup exec, ex-GE, Inc. 5000) is putting her superpowers in operations, product and marketplace ecosystems to work on accelerating regenerative agriculture. In six months, Jessi has turned what was a passion project into her full-time gig, accumulating industry interviews, podcast appearances and bringing leading figures in the field (farming pun intended) onto her advisory team.
