The starting point is near a bus stop for the 132 bus and is a 1.5-mile walk from the Wyoming Hill commuter rail stop.

Plogging is an activity where you pick up trash while jogging, running, or briskly hiking.

Please bring gloves, a hat, sunscreen, bug spray, a full reusable water bottle, and a snack, if you would like one. We recommend wearing good trail shoes or trail runners, long socks, and clothes you don't mind getting dirty and sweaty.
