About this event

A one-to-one session with Feldenkrais Method Practitioner Kristin, to help improve your movement skills, alleviate pain and address chronic and life-destroying conditions, for both mental and physical health.

Kristins practice focuses on Creative Wellbeing, exploring where delicate body sense and simple creativity meet. Her clients are people looking to find freedom in their movement and ignite the creative spark in their lives. Her approach is gentle, warm and inclusive. Kristin is a student of Somatic Experiencing and her practice is trauma-informed. Kristin has worked with people both individually and in groups using movement to find more comfortable and creative ways to live since 2005.

In a session you can expect to talk a bit about what you would like, then she will guide you through small movements either verbally or through touch. You may lie on a table if that we agree on that. You will explore and expand what is possible and easy for you together. This kind of moving with attention uses your innate neuroplasticity to help you feel safe in your nervous system and better in the world.

The sessions are held in Revival where Kristin creates a warm, supportive, wholly confidential environment for her clients to progress.

Accessible to all people. Follow up sessions are available (booking via eventbrite).
