Don't miss out on the opportunity to supercharge your feedback skills at our upcoming Feedback Crash Course in Bozeman! Whether you're just starting out in feedback facilitation or looking to sharpen your existing practices, this one-day intensive training is designed for you.
This action-packed day includes interactive exercises, personal reflection, and group work designed to help you collect and act on feedback from constituents and program participants. Throughout the day, you will hone your understanding of the phases of the feedback loop–buy-in, design, collect, analyze, dialogue, and course correct–while tackling your own feedback challenge. The session is accompanied by robust learning materials, including written case studies for each stage of the loop and tips and tricks for systematically embedding feedback in your organization's programs and operations.
By the end of the course, you will be able to:
1. Articulate the value of feedback and describe each stage of the loop;
2. Design a realistic closed feedback loop for your organization; and
3. Feel like you can really get started!

The Crash Course will take place the day before the Feedback+Bozeman Summit on Tuesday, June 3, 2025, 9 am - 4:30 pm.
Course participants will reconvene for a 1.5 hr virtual Crash Course Reunion in September to check in on progress, answer ligering questions, and reconnect with peers.
