Felicia T is a practicing yogi and founder of “A Seat on the Mat” a place to learn, grow, and heal.  She graduated with a B.A. in English and a minor in Sustainability from the University of Maryland College Park.  Currently,  studying to receive a Master’s of Science in Yoga Therapy from the Maryland University of Integrative Health.  She works with individuals and groups in creating time and space to move, breathe, and learn.  Through her yoga journey, she came to acknowledge that yoga is many things, but in particular, it is a catalyst for healing. She began teaching to share tools for healing, to help people to clearly see the world within, and around them.She is passionate about creating community in the name of joy, wellness, and quality life.
