Learn tips and tricks on how to make plant-based meals that not only taste good, but are good for you! This month, you will learn how to make Eggplant with Garlic Sauce & Roasted Red Pepper and also Mango and Carrot Smoothie.

This class is lead by Charmene Vega, a 4th generation nutritionist who has been featured on the Food Network and as a guest speaker at the United States State Department subcommittee on Health and Wellness. Her mission is to empower people, organizations, and communities to heal their bodies and minds while improving their knowledge, social, and economic resilience. She was a nominee for the Athena Award, awarded an Honorary PhD in Humanities, and honorably has a school named after her, “Mama Vega Neema Educational Center & Community Center located in Kenya, Africa. Charmène Vega aka Mama Vega is a Mama to many.
