My name is Inga Wilson - team lead for Tango Charities “Feed The City” in Irving, TX.
Please join me as we Feed The City at Whiskey Cake in Irving, TX to make lunches for people in need.
Feed The City events are family-friendly and are open to all. We welcome organizations, groups, and school age children (high school students will receive 3 hours of credit - please bring your schools volunteer form with you).
PRIOR TO THE EVENT: Head over to the store and pick up the product. Remember, the more product that is brought...The more meals we will make.
WHAT TO BRING: Each person attending brings a loaf of bread, pkg of turkey or ham, cheese, mustard, a bag of cuties oranges, a large bag of chips and a box of Ziploc sandwich bags.
WHAT TO WEAR: The color orange represents "Hunger Awareness," and we always love to see that color at our events. Please wear closed-toed shoes.
