<h2>FedGeoDay 2022</h2><p><a href="https://www.fedgeo.us/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer"><strong>FedGeoDay</strong></a> is THE event devoted to "open geospatial ecosystems" (open source software, open/collaborative mapping, open science challenges, and open engagements) that are used to initiate and grow capabilities across the U.S. federal government. <h1><a href="https://www.fedgeo.us/program" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">FedGeoDay Program</a></h1><h2>Workshops (9:00 AM - 12:00 PM)</h2><p><strong>LOCATION</strong>: American Red Cross Building, 1730  E Street Northwest, Washington, DC 20006</p><h3>Registration opens at 8:30 AM. All Workshops are FREE with LUNCH included. Please register for ONE Workshop due to limited seating and lunches.</h3><p><strong>OGC Open Information Ecosystem for Disaster Resilience Workshop (9:00 AM - 11:30 AM): </strong>Hear from experts in the OGC community and exchange information on OGC&#x27;s Disaster Readiness Guides, Analysis Ready Data, Decision Ready Indicators, and open-source tools for disaster information workflows.</p><p><strong>The Opportunity Project (TOP) Sprint Adaptability Workshop (10:30 AM - 11:30 AM): </strong>This workshop is hosted by the Census Open Innovation Labs (COIL). Learn about their cross-sector solution accelerator model that can be applied to any problem the communities you serve face. Listen to a few case studies about the success of this model for Federal, State, and Local governments, as well as non-profits and region-specific organizations, and then take time to brainstorm how this method can be useful for you! </p><p><strong>Introduction to GeoNode Workshop (9:00 AM - 12:00 PM): </strong>GeoNode is an open source web platform for the development of interoperable spatial data infrastructure. The Intro to GeoNode workshop will provide an overview of basic and advanced functionalities for managing data, users, and documents.</p><p><strong>Modern Data Dissemination with GeoServer Workshop (9:00 AM - 12:00 PM): </strong>This workshop will cover OGC services as well as new ways of serving data with GeoServer, like Vector Tiles, OGC APIs, and STAC.</p><p></p><h2>Main Plenary Event (1:00 - 5:00 PM)</h2><p><strong>Location</strong>: Department of the Interior, Yates Auditorium, 1849 C Street NW, Washington, DC 20240</p><h3>Registration opens at 12:00 PM.</h3><p>The Main Plenary Event will include a Keynote Speaker, Panel Discussions, and Lightning Talks from leading experts at the Department of the Interior (DOI), U.S. Geological Survey (USGS), Census Bureau, DoD, NGA, NASA, USAID, FEMA, DOT, Census, and other agencies, as well as top technology firms and NGOs to learn how the open geospatial ecosystems can contribute to your work.</p><p><strong>Detailed Program Agenda Available at</strong>:<a href="https://www.fedgeo.us/program" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer"> https://www.fedgeo.us/program </a></p><p></p><h2>Networking Reception (5:30 - 7:30 PM)</h2><p><strong>Location</strong>: American Red Cross Building, 1730 E Street Northwest, Washington, DC 20006</p><p>Join us for Food and Drinks at the &quot;<strong>Hall of Service Room</strong>&quot; in the American Red Cross Building for a networking reception after the FedGeoDay Plenary Event.</p>
