BEAVER CREEK
Beaver Creek Resort is a major ski resort in the western United States, near Avon, Colorado. The resort comprises three villages, the main Beaver Creek Village, Bachelor Gulch, and Arrowhead to the west. The resort is owned and operated by Vail Resorts which operates multiple additional resorts. Beaver Creek is a regular host of World Cup events, usually in early December. LODGING
We will be staying in two neighboring townhouse/condo in Edwards CO, totaling 6 bedrooms, 9 beds (3 king beds, 3 queen beds, 3 single bed), 5 baths, 2 living rooms, 1 dedicated workspace and 2 fully equipped kitchens. We will max out at 15 people. The house is 16 minutes from Vail and 8 minutes from Beaver Creek.

GROUND TRANSPORTATION
Daily round trip transportation from the house to Vail & Beaver Creek is included. Round trip transportation from DEN airport to the house is included if the flights are the same as listed above. If your arrival flight and/or departure flight are within 15 minutes of our flights indicated above, we can still accommodate you on airport transportation. We can use the vehicle to go out for dinners, and other activities as well.
LIFT TICKETS
* Get Epic Local Pass for $731 (www.epicpass.com) as of 5/2/2024. The pass price will go up few times through out the summer/fall.
TRIP COST:
We will accept Early Bird $200 deposit this season before Sept 1st 2024 to secure your spot Regular $250 deposit when Early Bird spots have sold out. (The balance $679 is due by Sept 1st, or the deposit will be forfeited).
* Early Birds $879 above mentioned lodging & ground transportation package (Price will go up on Sept 1st or when 50% of all tickets are sold whichever comes first)
* Regular $929 above mentioned lodging & ground transportation package afterward
Included In Trip Cost
This 8 days 7 nights ski/snowboard trip includes: 6 days downhill skiing or snowboarding at Vail & Beaver Creek (4 days at Vail & 2 days at Beaver Creek), 7 nights of lodging at the townhouse/condo in Edwards CO, mostly two persons will share a bed or own single bed with $40 upgrade. We will do our best to match your roommate. All ground transportation, including daily round trip transportation from house to these mountains, transportation on activity day and to dinners, and round trip airport transportation to and from the house if your flights are the same one mentioned above (or earlier on arrival flight or later on departure flight).
