Once a month we will meet with Runmomentum to get some speed work in! Speed focus is very important to become a stronger, more efficient and of course a faster runner!

2023 Waiver Form must be completed by ALL runners, even if you've run with FEAR MKE in the past.

F.E.A.R. is a diverse run crew who focuses on bridging the fitness gap in Milwaukee by introducing running as a method of being active, staying fit and, in turn, building relationships with others. F.E.A.R. is not just geared toward the “traditional” runner but all levels of running – experienced, new and those still on the couch. Diversity is key and making sure all runners, especially Black runners, are represented.
