Fear Hack - May 2018

Hilary Gallo took on his fears when he left corporate life five years ago to work for himself whilst writing his first book, "The Power of Soft", which was published in January 2016. Hilary is a lawyer by background and after spending most of his career as a commercial negotiator and problem solver for organisations like Accenture and Capgemini now works with creative leaders and with clients like the BBC, law firm Fieldfisher and crowdfunding publisher unbound. Hilary is currently working on a new book that goes deeper into fear and power called "Fear Hack". He loves small boats and big seas.

<DIV><SPAN>In this workshop we’ll talking about the things that stop us doing what we’d really like to be doing. Where do our fears come from and how do they end up having such an effect on us?</SPAN></DIV>

<DIV>The Fear Hack is a chance to look at your fears differently. We do some exercises and we talk about what the group finds out. It tends to be a transformative experience.</DIV>

<DIV>The format has been developed and refined over the past two years.</DIV>

<DIV>Ultimately we seek to make fear into your friend.</DIV>

<DIV>The Fear Hack is a 3 hour workshop (arrive from 5.30pm for a 6pm start). </DIV>

<DIV>This session will be run by <A HREF="http://www.hilarygallo.com" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Hilary Gallo</A>. </DIV>

<DIV>It's important that we do this in a group. We have found that we each can play a role in helping each other. Some of the most powerful insights we can get come from others. Most importantly, it's a safe place to work with what bothers you most.</DIV>
<DIV><BR></DIV>
<DIV>After the CEO attended an early session, we are working in partnership with Conway Hall and the Fear Hack will take place in the Library upstairs. The Library at Conway Hall overlooks Red Lion Square and is one of the little known gems of London. You can bring your own food and drink although they must be left outside where we usually provide some treats for group consumption. We will have a break during the evening and there is a water cooler on site.</DIV>
