Event description

Description

In this workshop we’ll talking about the things that stop us doing what we’d really like to be doing. Where do our fears come from and how do they end up having such an effect on us?

The Fear Hack is a chance to look at your fears differently. We do some exercises and we talk about what the group finds out. It tends to be a transformative experience.

The format has been developed and refined over the past two years.

Ultimately we seek to make fear into your friend.

The Fear Hack is a 3 hour workshop (arrive from 5.30pm for a 6pm start).

This session will be run by Hilary Gallo.

It's important that we do this in a group. We have found that we each can play a role in helping each other. Some of the most powerful insights we can get come from others. Most importantly, it's a safe place to work with what bothers you most.

After the CEO attended an early session, we are working in partnership with Conway Hall and the Fear Hack will take place in the Library upstairs. The Library at Conway Hall overlooks Red Lion Square and is one of the little known gems of London. You can bring your own food and drink although they must be left outside where we usually provide some treats for group consumption. We will have a break during the evening and there is a water cooler on site.

We are running this not for profit and thanks to the help we have from Conway Hall Fear Hack is free but we would encourage you - if you can - to make a donation to the Fear Hacking Fund. THis helps support more Fear Hacks. Please Note: Donations are not tickets.

Many thanks to Simon Heath who drew our mouse and elephant.
