FDOT Intermediate Temporary Traffic Control (ITTC) – Onsite Training


Join us for the FDOT Intermediate Temporary Traffic Control (ITTC) Training, a detailed and hands-on course for professionals responsible for implementing and maintaining traffic control in Florida work zones. This in-person training provides the knowledge and certification needed to perform intermediate-level traffic control duties.

Frequently asked questions

Are there any requirements to take this class?

You must have a valid Driver's License and a current Advanced TTC Certificate to take this class and be eligible for the exam. The day of the test must be before the date of expiration.

What if my certificate expires soon?

You must take the class and pass the exam before the date your current certificate is set to expire. If your certificate expires or you fail the test, you will need to take the full ATTC class again to be eligible to take the exam again.

What if I have an Temporary Traffic Control certificate?

The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) requires state-specific Temporary Traffic Control (TTC) certification by FDOT approved training providers for traffic control work in Florida.
