This month's community conversation is led by Brea Starmer, CEO of Lions & Tiger and the topic is "Passion, Pivots, and Prioritization: A Playbook for Entrepreneurs Operating in Your Highest & Best Use"

Learn from an Executive that went from laid off pregnant to a CEO providing $30M+ in economic opportunity, bridging fractional consultants and Corporate America.

We'll explore Brea's Founder's journey weaving together the complexity of scaling a business and a family simultaneous.

Use Brea's framework called the "Highest & Best Use 3Ms", exploring your Magnets, Momentum, and Maximums to build a worklife that is sustainable and high-impact for the season you are in, without guilt. This framework is useful in any pivot when leveling up (and downsourcing), and when you need to communicate when you're at your best.

We'll look together and ask, "how can we reimage work systems to support our whole life?"
