The Eastern District of New York Chapter of the Federal Bar Association will be hosting 
<H3>Cheeks 2.0</H3>
Tues., June 20, 2017, 6:00 – 8:00 p.m.

Locke, EDNY                                               Andrew Kimler, Esq., VIshnick McGovern Milizio LLP Judge Anne Y. Shields, EDNY                                               Robin Gise, Esq. JAMS Troy Kessler, Esq., Shulman Keesler, LLP Keith J. Gutstein, Esq., Kaufman, Dolowich &amp; Voluck LLP 
This seminar will include a discussion of important recent Second Circuit cases and provide practical employment advice for businesses.
This course is suitable for both newly-admitted and experienced attorneys.
The FBA EDNY Chapter will offer 2.0 credits for this session (.5 Ethics &amp; Professionalism &amp; 1.5 Professional Practice). The registration fee to attend this program is $40 for members of the FBA, $50 for non-members, and free for Judges, law clerks, and current law students.
Light refreshments will be provided.
The EDNY Chapter is also providing a fee waiver or reduction in appropriate circumstances.  Please contact Mary Ryan at 631-712-5765 to request a waiver or for additional information.  A separate form will be provided to persons seeking a fee waiver or reduction.
