Why do I hold sound meditation sessions at the The beach? Sound bath sessions offer participants an opportunity to seek healing in a natural environment. When asked, many people already state the beach as their happy place, so sound healing near the ocean seems a natural choice. The crashing sound of the waves only adds to the experience as a whole! Not to mention the negative ions created by the crashing water. These ions enhance cell function, strengthen cell metabolism, and neutralize free radicals. Can children come?

Yes. All are welcome. We just ask please do not disturb other participants. Also please do not allow children to touch any equipment or instruments unless invited by Ocean. Thank you.

Can I bring a instrument?

Yes. Please feel free to play along.

Should I bring something to sit or lay on?

Yes, if that will help you be most comfortable and relaxed. Being relaxed and laying on your back, with head towards the sounder is the best way to absorb the frequencies and receive maximum benefits.

What should I expect?

What to expect from our sunrise Sound Meditation !!! As you lie on the earth, supported by nature's embrace, the combination of the grounding energy and the resonant sound of the ocean waves and frequency of the music will create a truly relaxing experience.

Should I arrive early?

Yes. It is highly encouraged to arrive early, to allow ample time to get settled and comfortable; and not disturb others.

What happens in inclement weather?

In the event of rain or cold temperatures 65 degrees or below the event will be canceled. These conditions can destroy or damage crystal instruments.

Can I still participate, if I can’t print my ticket ?

Yes.
