•Dinner will be served from 6:00 PM to 8:00PM inside of our spacious Southfork Ranch Atrium.

•"Around the World" Whiskey Flights will be available for purchase ahead of the event. (See add-ons for details)

•The Rodeo, presented by Ellis Rodeo & Western Entertainment will begin at 8:30 PM until 10:00 PM, and will include rodeo clowns, wranglers, bucking horses, bucking bulls, cowboys and cowgirls. Concessions will be available for purchase on the day of.
