About this event

  • 4 hours

Dad will love breakfast on a genuiune World War II ship on a beautiful June day on the San Francisco Bay. Freshly made pancakes, sausage, bacon, and scrambled eggs will be accompanied by apple slices, coffee and orange juice. And Mimosas are available for our adult patrons for an extra fee. Then you and Pop can tour the Red Oak Victory and work off some of those extra calories.

The music is always live and lively on Red Oak Victory. This Father's Day we're featuring the classic sounds of the George Cole Trio. Also, as always, the radio room will be in operation to send free Radiograms to friends and loved ones anywhere in the world.

Your breakfast is only $15 for adults and $5 for children 8 and under. Breakfast service begins at 9:00 a.m. and ends at 12:30 p.m. As an added bonus, a limited number of same-day docent-guided tours of the ship are available at a discounted rate with your breakfast purchase. Click on the GET TICKETS link for more details.

Red Oak Victory is ideally situated for panoramic views of the entire San Francisco Bay and adjacent cities. After breakfast, enjoy a tour of the ship or just sit, chat with new friends, and enjoy the view. Breakfast ends at 1:00 PM but the ship remains open for our guests until 4:00 PM.

A unique art, music, and dance venue in the Bay Area—The 1944 “SS Red Oak Victory”!

The ambience of this genuine World War II Victory Ship and the surrounding historic Kaiser Shipyards will transport you back in time to World War II.  You can almost hear the clang of hammers on metal and the staccato of rivet guns.  Or maybe the sounds of the Glenn Miller orchestra coming from a radio.  No matter how she speaks to you, the SS Red Oak Victory is an attraction you will want to return to again and again.  Come tour the ship with your family and see our interesting and educational exhibits.  Or come to enjoy one our many special events throughout the year.
