What kind of event is it?

This is a Victorian themed Aftgernoon Tea Social for fans to gather and celebrate our love of Sylus together. This is NOT a ball, dance, or gala. We encourage guests to make new friends through our guided social games and activities while enjoying leisurely tea time.

Tickets are expensive T_T

An upscale afternoon tea experience averages $65 - $135 per person +tax/tip. The tickets reflect venue, catering, thematic design, supplies and merch costs. We do our best to set a fair price but understand it's not for everyone. We run many  events - check out future experiences!

Question 3

Can I get a refund?

Accepted Answer

Ticket refunds are automatically accepted up to 3 days before the event date. Refunds are managed by Eventbrite. Go to Tickets, find the order you want refunded, select the tickets, and select Request a refund. Enter your details and submit your request.

Question 4

How does seating work? Can I sit with my friends?

There will be a butler greeting you at the entrance who will help you get seated based on your group size. Tables will be shared, with a max of 8 people to a table. Royal tables will have a dedicated cosplayer host, but all tea menus will be the same.

What is the dress code?

Victorian formal attire. Think long gowns, corsets, laces and ruffles, ascots, waistcoats, vests, top hats, feather fans, pocket watches. Cosplay, and LADS-themed or LADS-inspired attire is encouraged as long as it falls within the theme. Garments should be at least ankle length.

Who will the cosplayers be?

We currently have 2 confirmed cosplayers in the lineup and will  announce the rest of the cast closer to the event. We will also have a special guest. DISCLAIMER: Thames is NOT a cosplayer or special guest for this event.

Can I Cosplay?

Accepted Answer

Cosplay, and LADS-themed or LADS-inspired attire is encouraged as long as it falls within the Victorian theme. Garments should be at least ankle length. Please leave all weapons and any large props at home. Small props and accessories are accepted.

What's included in the Afternoon Tea service?

Please see our menu image in the event details above. If you have food allergies or restrictions, tell us in the order form when you purchase your ticket. We cannot guarantee substitutions or accommodations if you notify us less than 7 days from the event date.

Where do I park?

Accepted Answer

Downtown Santa Ana has a parking garage that is free for the first hour and $1.75 per hour thereafter. The garage is a 2 minute walk from the venue, which right next to the Yost Theater. Avoid parking in the small lot or streetside immediately next to the venue, as it's limited to 2 hours.

Question 12

What happens if the event gets cancelled?

Accepted Answer

If the event is cancelled due to a fault on the organizers, your ticket will be fully refunded. If the event is cancelled due to forces outside our control, such as natural disasters, venue issues, etc, we will postpone or change the event. You can always refund up to 3 days before the event.
