<h2>Fat Camp: Render, Cook, Create</h2>Join our expert butchers and culinary team for Fat Camp, a hands-on workshop exploring the delicious world of animal fats. Learn how to cook with different types of fat—including tallow rendered in-house from our whole animal butchery—and discover techniques for incorporating fat to maximize flavor and texture in your cooking.During this interactive class, you’ll learn how to:<ul><li>Choose the right fat for your culinary project </li><li>Correctly cook with various fats for richer, tastier meals </li><li>Make your own F-Bombs (our signature tallow-based flavor boosters)</li></ul>Each participant will take home their own batch of F-Bombs and recipes from our culinary team to continue experimenting at home—plus enjoy 15% off in the butcher case.This workshop is designed for adults 18+ and is limited to 12 participants to ensure an interactive, hands-on experience.
