About this event

Classes are now being offered in small groups. Attendees must bring a mask from home and have their tempature screened at the main lobby doors before participating.

Stay safe and healthy!

Spend just one full Saturday and learn all of the aspects of pregnancy and childbirth. Massage, aromatherapy and breathing techinques are taught, in addition to pain management options. Couples are encouraged to attend during their 7-8th month of pregnancy.

All classes are FREE.

The class meets in the Community Room on the first floor at Porter Regional Hospital.
