Fast-Track Childbirth Education - Northwest Health - Porter

Spend just one full Saturday and learn all of the aspects of pregnancy and childbirth. Massage, aromatherapy and breathing techniques are taught, in addition to pain management options. Couples are encouraged to attend during their 7-8th month of pregnancy.

All classes are FREE.

Minimum two couples to hold the class; Maximum capacity is 6 couples.
