FAST: Functional Assessment & Speed Training

Join us for an exciting and dynamic event that will enhance your functional athletic performance! FAST: Functional Assessment & Speed Training is a one-day workshop led by US Olympian and 2024 Olympic Relays Coach Mechelle Lewis Freeman designed to help middle and high school girls improve their speed and power.

Session One: 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM - Returner: those who participated in the FAST Workshop on March 11

Session Two: 12:00 PM - 3:00 PM - New sprinters: those who will be complete MSL Testing for the first time and participate in FAST Workshop

Location: Scottish Rite for Children Orthopedic and Sports Medicine Center


During this event, you will have the opportunity to also learn from the Scottish Rite functional movement experts as they guide you through various movement assessments while Coach Freeman teaches you proper speed mechanics.
