Join us for a two-hour guided hike to see which spectacular (and sometimes deadly) seasonal fungi are flourishing at Wye Marsh this Spring. Their colours and shapes will amaze you!
Where: Wye Marsh Wildlife Centre
When: Sunday, June 30, from 1:30 - 3:30 pm
How much: $25.00 per person + HST
Who: Ages 12 and up. Children must be accompanied by a paid adult
What to bring: Sturdy footwear, layered clothing, camera, binoculars & field guides can be helpful. This experience will be entirely outdoors, so please dress for the weather!
Please feel free to takes lots of photos, but leave the mushrooms where they are. This is not a foraging hike. Thanks!

About the Instructor:
Emmett Bridges is a McMaster University graduate who studied Earth & Environmental Science for five years, and became a valuable member of our Wye Marsh Team as a Summer Student in 2023. Now, Emmett works as a Water Technician with a Conservation Authority!
