About this event

Children ages 8 to 15 are invited to get an up close look at bees and the inner working of a hive. Bee Keeper Mike Franklin will be demonstrating and sharing his knowledge. Children will learn why and how bees benefit humans and how they can do their part to protect bees. Children will be painting hives that will be used locally, its recommended that they wear old clothing.
